Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to offer a smooth and fair return & refund experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window (24 Hours Only)

You have 24 hours (one day) from the time of delivered status to request a return. Requests placed after this window will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (including tags, accessories, manuals).
• Seal must be intact for hygiene or consumable products.
• Order number and clear photos must be provided when raising a request.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal care and hygiene items once opened.
• Custom / personalized products.
• Deeply discounted clearance items marked “Final Sale”.
• Items showing physical damage due to misuse.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at fukrabaazarofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours.
• Subject line: RETURN REQUEST – Order #XXXX.
• Attach photos (full product, packaging, label, and any defect if applicable).
• Our team will acknowledge and share next steps within 1 business day.

Pickup / Drop-off

If approved, we may arrange pickup (where serviceable) or request you to ship it back to the address we provide. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Inspection & Approval

Once received, the product is inspected (usually within 48 hours). If approved, the refund process begins. If rejected (e.g., used / missing packaging), we will notify you and can ship it back at your cost.

Refund Method

• Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, eligible refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer (details will be requested).
• We do not offer cash refunds.

Refund Timeline

• Approval to initiation: 1–3 business days.
• Bank / payment gateway posting: 3–7 business days.
• Total typical timeframe: 4–10 business days after approval.

Damaged / Wrong Item Received

Report within 24 hours with clear photos of the packaging and product. If verified, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the 24-hour return rule applies after delivery.

Abuse of Policy

Repeated misuse of returns (e.g., frequent claims without basis) may lead to account restriction.
